We have bought a house with a long rectangular 3rd bedroom. We want to put a wall in the room, taking about a third of the space to create a study. So what we need is a stud wall built, the wall plastered so I can paint it, and a door frame/architrave and a door hung so the result is that you walk through the study to the bedroom. The width of the wall is 2.8m wide. I imagine this would be no more than a day of work.
