About 3 sqm of stud wall to replace timber and FC sheeting (on-suite). FC sheeting to be replaced over larger area ~ 10 sqm. On-suite refurb in progress and Termite damage was found hence job now too big for time available! Possible extension of the work to include floor screed and floor & wall tiling.
