Deck is to be Merbau (90 x 19mm), with countersunk stainless steel screws to adjoin and match existing back deck. Fencing around pool and deck to be provided and erected by owner. There is no roof required over the deck. Stairs up to deck to be sourced and erected by owner. Approximate dimensions of the deck are 1.85m x 8.0m - as well as infill decking around corners of pool to make deck rectangular around an oval shaped pool. Total decking area is approximately 18sqm. Drawings are attached to assist in the scope of the job. Ready to start immediately and/or early January. Must be BSA licenced.
