Our floor board rising – we think it is due to damp rising and there is no gap for it go. the installer has laid it out but has left no gap for it to expand – there is no skirting around the walls. i live in lane cove and would like to give me advice of what needs to be done and the cost of it. it’s a two bedroom apartment only the living room and passage way have floor board and main problem is in passage - where we can see it rising and lifting from the groves but we can also feel the living room side expanding. very small area apartment
