Timber flooring - remove,level and replace boards approx 4 x 4 meter

I have removed some internal walls so i have a section of timber floor boards which needs to be re-laid. approx 4 x 4 meter section. unfortunately floor level is out by up to 10mm in one place so patching of missing boards is going to be awkward. boards need to be ripped up carefully and joists planed down to level before re-laying them. possibly some new boards might be required. alternative is to lay down a subfloor and lay boards on top. need flooring expert to advise on best approach.
