Timber frame around aluminium windows (x2 external)

My front aluminium windows jut out about 1inch from the weatherboards. This is because they were installed at the same time as some fake brick cladding in the 1970s and were installed to be flush with that. We have removed the cladding and I would like the a simple timber frame made around the windows to finish them off and make them look a bit nicer. Windows are approx 3m x 1.3m and there are two of them. I also have a couple of other small repair jobs to be done at the same time possibly.
