Our upstairs bedroom casement window (easily accessible) is stuck closed due to house movement. The windows need to be made functional again. Some timber around the window may also need to be replaced. We also require a pair of timber French doors ( we have already) to be installed in our upstairs study. Handles and locks (we supply) will need to be fitted also. Another set of French doors (we supply) need to be installed between our kitchen and lounge room. A door jam will need to be made incorporating a glass fan light above the door.
