I am renovating an older low set wooden house which needs the following internal work:
* replacing sagging gyprock to ceilings of 4 rooms
* finishing walls (ie. some wall sheeting coming loose / bowed, thin boards used to cover wall sheeting joins missing, replace missing cornice, place new wet area gyprock in bathrooms)
* move 2 x existing internal kitchen doors to new door positions and re-hang
* replace ceiling lining to back skillion
* replace rotted floor board
* "make good" walls where internal stud wall was removed
Am after quotes for the job and work can be done in the next few weeks.
