My face brick townhouse needs a lounge room window (196cm high x 145 cm wide) to be replaced with french doors to our new patio. the window goes down to 2 brick courses from the floor. there is a strong metal lintel above the door.
we need a supplier who can supply the correct wooden doors, who is able to fill the door sill area with tiles (we have the tiles), and who can fix up the plaster in the house to a good standard around the new door.
the doors will need security glass, a deadbolt lock, and a round door knob. we would like to have a pet door aperture cut in one of the door panes.
