WARNING - UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY These people made an appt for 5 today to clean my lounge carpet. I temp but I took time off (lost wages) to be here before 5. I started chasing them at 5.25pm, waited for a call back 5 mins later from the cleaner who advised his machine was broken and he wasn't coming. He knew earlier in the day but no call to me so I emptied my lounge of furn and now have to move it all back. Had he called I would still be at work earning money and would not have to move all my furniture back. He did offer to come back tomorrow - but does he think I'm that stupid, he could have saved me a lot of trouble with a simple warning that he would be a no show. Wouldn't deal with this company if they were the last cleaning company on earth.
