it was a delight to deal with Felix - he was very professional & thorough in all aspects of his work. The carpet he worked on was old & worn & Felix achieved results beyond expectation. Prior to contacting SC, I replied to an add in the newspaper for carpet cleaning - the trademan arrived & quoted us more than twice the price that was advertised - vaccuming was not a part of the job & he didn't have a ABN. (so that would imply no insurances either.) Service Central took all the hard work out of engaging a Professional, reliable tradesperson & we were more than happy with the outcome!
