We are required to steam clean the carpet in our CBD office at the end of our lease.
The carpet is in excellent condition (pure wool brown carpets, newly laid when we moved in) and is very clean.
The office is an open-plan space of 175m2 (i.e. just one large area), so should be very simple.
I have attached two photos. The first photo was taken before we moved in (and before the carpets were laid), so you can see the layout. the second photo shows the office shortly after we moved in.
We would like to get quotes this week or early next week, so we can budget for the job and book it in - although the cleaning itself would be done only next month when the furniture has been moved out.
We are looking for a very cost-effective but reliable supplier.
