I selected this company because they were the first to respond and who could work on the date I needed at a good price. However I should have read the customer feedback. I was quoted $59 over the phone however this jumped to $110 because my carpets had stains. When companies are quoting for jobs I find this sneaky and dishonest not to discuss or define the parameters of the job they have quoted for to find the price nearly double when they arrive. This is why I have marked them low. The job however was done quickly and is adequate. Again I wasn\\\'t informed that the carpets had to be vacuumed prior to the steam clean (first time we have had carpets steam cleaned) and therefore the hallway runner still looks dirty.
