Steam clean entire living / dining area and bedroom area which totals to roughly 36sqm total (studio apartment) in the Sydney CBD. The unit will be empty as it is a new purchase.
Must perform work on a yet to be determined date that will fall between 15th May to 18th May 2012. Date to be selected by the client between 9am to 5pm.
There may be some stain removal work depending on the condition of the carpet when the seller moves out.
A floor plan of the unit indicating the areas to steam clean can be provided upon further request.
