3 bedroom house to be recarpetted prior to renting out in Mid Decmber.

I am not sure of the exact dimensions of the house but it is an average 3 bedroom house built in 1998. It has never been re carpetted and the carpet is worn and tired. The carpet needs to be servicable good price and long wearing as well as good quality for the price. I also am getting the house repainted on the inside at the same time so timing will need to be discussed. Current tennant moving out in mid DEC. Would be good to get this done before the next tennants come in say over 1 week period.
