There are 7 old hotel rooms on the first floor in the pub that are going to be turned into offices. the rooms are on average are about 5mx5m. the carpet does not have to be very high quality as rooms could be gutted in 12-18 months time. job would ideally be completed either in december or early january. old carpet would have to be removed. the carpet in the hallway accessing the rooms does not have to be replaced.
