We need standard carpet from Bunnings. Either I can place the order and you pick it up or you buy and I'll reimburse at cost. The reason we want Bunnings carpet is there are other bedrooms in the house that are currently occupied by tenants. So in future we would carpet those rooms as well. So it will be easy to procure matching carpet.
The house is rooming house. Hence the phased approach to carpeting.
