Carpet repair following stain
Andrew requested 2 quotes from Carpetlayers in Elwood
Previous tenants left a stain on my carpet that was professionally cleaned but the stain was not removed. I don't think cleaning will remove the stain so want some advice on what other options I have i.e. replacement of section of carpet or if whole carpet needs replacing.
