Laying new carpet and underlay for a rental house

Rental property single storey house comprises living and dining 10 x 3.8m, master bedroom 4.5 x 3.6m, 2 bedrooms 4x3m each and hallway 8x 1.5m total 120 sqm or 29 BLM. Need to lay new carpet and underlay. Old carpet already removed, floor ready to lay. as this is for rental prefer to use seconds if you can supply otherwise I can get seconds from Fowles Auction in Clayton and you pick up. You can supply underlay or I can get myself. You will install and do disposal of old carpet to the tip. I have photos of the rooms.
