I sent this email to BWS Carpets privately together with photo's of the damage, but didn't receive any response: "Hi Ben Steve came out this morning to relay the carpet edge between my kitchen and dining area as discussed with you. Unfortunately in completing the work, Steve has also chipped one of my new tiles. As you can appreciate I am so disappointed as these are new tiles that have just been laid and Steve did not even mention the damage and I did not notice until after he left. I am attaching a couple of photo’s to so you can see the damage and will be contacting my tiler to see what is required to remedy this. I would also appreciate a receipt for the work that was completed."
