Didn't end up using. No quote supplied and mixed communication. Yes, you contacted me to tell me the name and colour of my existing carpet. The carpet has been in the house beofre I lived here, so I had no idea. Not knowing, I tried carpet court and when I emailed the various colours etc of their range, I was told that they were exclusive to Carpet Court. I then sent off a sample of my carpet and got told to come into the warehouse to have a look. By this time another company had contacted me, matched my carpet and given a competitive quote. Not trying to be overly negative, I'm just giving feedback on exactly what happened.
