Cladding of existing blue board extension in vertical timber cladding

To clad the exterior walls of an existing house extension in a vertical timber cladding. Currently the walls are rendered blue board, we would like to clad over the top of the existing blueboard which is in good condition other than cracking of the acrylic render coating. Would prefer a natural ( unpainted) timber product. Will need to be co-ordinated with the the replacement of some windoes and doors as well.
