Job Description
Short Description: 3 Concrete Pads to be installed in back yard.
Pad 1 – Rectangle (adjacent to house; full access available for machinery/equipment).
Purpose: Bed for 2000tlr water tank
Approx Size: 2270mm x 1100mm x 100mm
Also needs reinforcement mesh
Job particulars:
There is a bit of groundwork/garden area that will need to be dug up and moved; original wooden framework will need to be dismantled with in-fill sand to be moved to an adjacent garden bed.
Pad 2 - Rectangle (behind garage; access available for machinery/equipment, but a little tighter due to proximity to existing garden and fence line).
Purpose: Bed for 2000tlr water tank
Approx Size: 2270mm x 1100mm x 100mm
Also needs reinforcement mesh
Job particulars:
The original wooded formwork has already been removed and most of the sand moved on, but there is some old concrete still in place that can be reused as ballast (if possible). There is a slight grade to the land in this area, with evidence of previous run off that will need to be in-filled.
Pad 3 – Circular (in backyard, full access available for machinery/equipment)
Purpose: for outdoor dining and temporary fire pit.
Approx size: 3000mm x 100mm
Job particulars:
There is a fair bit of groundwork/garden area that will need to be dug up and moved; original incinerator concrete pad will need to be broken up and removed and general garden soil etc. There is a slight grade to the land in this area.
