Need to build 20 x 30mtr x 1.4mtr high block retaining wall. Need to allow for adequate draiinge as the block is going to have fill place on it before a house slab is laid. Need to allow in the footings the ability to put a 1.8mtr high rendered wall on top of retaiing wall once house is completed.
