8m x 5m concrete slab on sloping block for shed, build permit is approved

Ground slopes 600mm accross 8m length of proposed slab. Formwork required to allow blinding concrete to be poured on 1 x 8m side and 1 x 5m side to level area. Slab is Raft Slab design 100mm thick with 300mm wide x 400mm deep edge perimeter beam and internal beam.
Also need 6 x pad footings poured for deck foundations. Pad footings to be 450mm diameter x 1000mm deep.
Note; Access is down side of house, narrowest point is 2,5m wide, concreter to decide if a line pump is required?
