This a very large job for an apartment block in South Yarra - funded by a body corporate. The money has already been raised by an additional levy, and the works that need to be completed have been specified - we just need a concreter. The work involves filling in several car spaces that have gravel, and creating a level surface for several carparks that have large amounts of concrete islands between them that restricts the easy parking of cars. This will require the removal of existing concrete and the laying of new concrete in a different configuration.
