two ground floor balconies with approx 3m(width) x 1m (depth) x 0.5 meter (high) concrete foundation and brick wall need to be removed and rebuilt. they either have little or no foundations and have 'sunk' over the last 30 years. both have iron balastrades (which will need to be re-installed) and tiled floors. can either quote on concrete slab balcony or brickwork and concrete base.
