Hi everyone,
This project requires the following:
-Preparation and pouring of common driveway and pedestrian paths
-Construction of a front timber fence (including two pedestrian gates)
-Installation of a motorised sliding gate
-Necessary stormwater and electrical work
We are looking for one company to organise and manage all the required works.
Site is not cleared. Old concrete will need to be removed.
High level estimates:
-Common driveway and path area is approx 150m2
-Timber fence - length of property is approx 16m, and we require the timber fence to be 1.5m in height. We are looking for primed cypress pine squared pickets and posts (cypress selected pickets with 10mm gap). Pedestrian gates are to be manually operated.
-Sliding motorised gate - approx 3.3M x 1.5m in height motorised sliding gate, including motor and necessary electric work. -Gate to be finished in same finish as fence.
-Stormwater works - we’ll require additional pits and a stormwater line between pits.
