Several things need to be done - if one set of trades to do both would be good:
1) Concrete to 3 sides of the property approx 57msquared.
2) land slopes downwards to our neighbours and towards he back. We like the yard to be level-may require retaining walls and soil to fill up to make level - pls advise.
