Hello,
New house build and needs a stencilled driveway and a plain concrete back patio.
The plain concrete patio is 4000*7400 totalling 29.6sq
The driveway council strip must be plain concrete, its 5000*3400 = 17sq
and the main part of the driveway is to be stencilled,
basically around 5400*5500 = 29.7sq, the 5400 is at the garage, and will taper into be 5000 at the council strip.
Also there is a 1200*1000 part that goes of the driveway into the patio. 1.2sq
Would like it if you put a 5000metre drain into calculations just in front of the garage.
Also land is very flat, partial bobcatting will be needed, more to make your life easy than to move mountains, also concrete truck will have direct access to both slabs, so no need for a pumper.
Job is likely to be in DEC 2009, so please factor that into your costings pease.
