Install 152m2 of plain concrete around house including all footings needed and front corner design steps.
Install 100mm key joint with removable tripping off the four corners of the pool and install control joints elsewhere at 1.5m centers. Expansion joint run right around pool where concrete will abut.
Plastic Masking will be used against house and other required structures to prevent concrete splatter.
The drains as shown in your job layout will be supplied and installed to existing s.w. lines unless noted otherwise.
The curb will be cut out and removed for a grid crossing to be constructed; this includes the asphalt transition.
The existing driveway crossover will be cut out and removed from site with the curb and channel reinstated and the asphalt
made good.
