The problem seems to be some concrete on 1st level outside of one of the apartments. It seems to be degrading. Probably from rainfall running down the stairs in heavy rains, accumulating at this spot. Building is a 1975 built six pack unit block.
I am the secretary to the body corporate. Therefore will be requiring 2 quotes before I proceeding with the best solution.
Would like to arrange for you to view, and quote on the job if that is possible.
