1… Slab will be approx 6m x 10.5m x 150mm thick/ 32MPa/ F82 t & b/ 300mm edge beams with L11TM3 / excavation for beams/ 100mm sand base/ polythene underlay. (May be some minor stiffening in the slab, but this could be added to cost later).
2….Strip footing will be approx 16 metres long/ 20 MPa 450x450mm/ L11TM4 t&b/ incl. excavate trench and pump concrete.
