Hello,
We are building a granny flat in Blacktown NSW.
I got your details through yellow pages.
Attached are the structural drawings and the plans for the work required.
Could you please give us an estimate to do construct the concrete slab as per the specifications.
Note that this will include site clearing as required, however as you will see from the plans, that there are no trees or shrubs to be removed.
The plumber is laying the pipes on Wednesday and we need to get the formwork done soon to allow the slab to be poured.
As you will see from the plans its about 7.3mx11.9m pour which includes the 1.0m wide concrete area along the northern edge of the ppty.
Could you please provide us with your estimate to install the slab.
Note that I have already arranged for the peg out, however all materials, labour and machinery required for the job is to be supplied by you and needs to be included in your estimate. You will be responsible that the formwork and steel and the concrete works are done as per plans and are to the satisfaction of the certifier. Any deficiencies or discrepancies found noted or raised by the certifier are to be addressed by you at no additional cost to the client/owner.
