Concrete slab for shed 120SWM or 144SQM

We are looking at having a concrete slab put in for a shed. Standard 100mm thick, 25Mpa.
We have been quoted on two shed options:
1. 8X15M (120SQM)
2. 9X16M (144SQM)
We will decide what size when we get the slab quotes and know the total, so if you can please quote on both the two sizes that would be great. Everything else remains the same including site etc (refer pictures and below description).
Site:
Blacksoil, Farmland.
ently sloping. Needs some earth works to level out (see picture).
Some of the bushes needs to be flatened/removed (this can be negotiated)
Easy access for machinery, trucks etc.
I have attached two photos here to give an indication of the site (excuse the poor drawings / angles).
Job expected to commence in approximately 2-6 weeks.
