6m x 1.8m x 150mm 32 MPa re-inforced suspended concrete slab verandah to 1920's federation style semi detached house.
We have a structural engineers drawing prepared. Slab will be supported from chases into the outer skin of double brick external wall of house on one side and by the existing retaining wall on the other side.
Slab will then be retiled to orginal federation pattern.
Contractors experienced in working on federation houses preferred
