Concreter to prepare pre-prepared formwork for concrete including sand base, plastic lining, steel reinforcing & chairs. Then supply, lay & finish ~ 4.75 mtrs concrete including vibration settling. Also to supply plastic or hessian cover for curing. Slab has two levels. Lower level 3500 x 7500 x 125mm with 6 x 450dia x 500depth post hole footings the first two of which are centred 350 from the edges at one end, the remaining four have centres spaced 3045 along each edge from the first two, while also maintaining 350 inset from the slab edge. The top level of the slab lies directly above the footing holes. It measures 2953 x 6151 x 50 and is inset from three edges of the lower slab by 274mm and 1075 on the remaining end.
