Concrete to be minimum 25mpa
Reinforcement required (SL 62 steel or similar)
Concrete – No colour
Finish – smooth for everything except Purple areas (driveway extensions)
Purple areas – Same height as driveway
- Area 1 – Side of garage => 6m x 1.8m = 10sqm
- Area 2 – Driveway widening => 0.48m x 2.8m = 1.344sqm
Red border, White middle – Ground level pathway
- 1.2m wide x 2.8m deep from footpath directly in front of door = 3.36sqm
- Joints to be added in every 0.4m to give impression of pavers (7 pavers measuring 1.2m wide x 0.4m long)
Blue lines – Kerbing same height as bottom of first course of bricks
- To provide edging in front yard
- Kerbing to be 0.15 or 0.175m in width in positions as marked on diagram
- Smooth finish required with pencilled edge (no sharp edges but not too curved)
Orange lines – Kerbing same height as top of 2nd course of bricks
- To provide planter boxes for front yard
- Same width and finish as blue section
Beige and purple sections – Steps
- Concrete steps to transition from top of blue section to ground
Blue section – Additional concrete same height as blue line kerbing
- 2.5m x 4.89m = 12.225sqm
Light purple section
- 6.25 x1.8m = 11.25sqm
- Slightly lower than blue section
