I'm looking at having a small yard of 25m2 concreted in a charcoal colour with either a stipple or stenciled finish. As part of the job I require the yard to be cleared of old concrete pavers, bricks and a dismantled shed. The area is generally flat and there is a small section of existing concrete - 4m2 that would need to be taken up.

Turned up on time for quote hence the one star. I asked him to go ahead with the job but had to continuously chase him to see when he would start as he didn't show up on each promised day. After 5 weeks decided to call him up and tell him I would get someone else to do the job. Extremely frustrating!
