Job divides into 3 areas:-
Area A = 45 sq metres along one side of house onto clear and fairly level area -- free access over fence from vacant land next door for truck if required. Plain / painted concrete will suffice.
Area B = about 11 sq metres of infill paths around raised garden beds -- cleared and relatively flat - plain / painted concrete only.
AREAS A and B are definite to do.
Area C = 22.5 sq metres of "patio" site needs a little levelling -- idea of possibly introducing step to avoid soil removal? Possibly exposed aggregate solution here?
AREA C dependent on overall budget.
