Approx 40sqm of concreting to widen existing driveway which is currently grass area.
Need to dig up soil to do this.
May not need concreting, if compacted aggregate can be placed instead or another better solution.
Property is rental so don't want to spend too much on this (no need for high end perfect concrete finish or paving etc).
