We are building a new home in Worrigee. Looking for best value quote to concrete a driveway and patio area turf between 400-500sqm of yard and a construction of a patio cover. We are looking for a licensed contractor to perform some or all of these tasks. The areas being covered are as follows.
Concrete:
Patio 13.5m x 3m
Driveway 6m x 9m
Crossover 4m x 4.5m
Total concreting of 112.5 sqm
Quote must be inclusive of the entire finished product ie: all labour product excavation and removal. Full finished job.
Preferably we would like the colour bluestone with a small decorative piece in the middle of the driveway and nice edged.
We have a strict budget and need a quality job done as this will encompassed within our house mortgage
Turfing - is for between 400-500 sqm. Not sure at this atage as dependant on how the house ends up being built. Would like to have the quote for the Companies best product for Dog wear a medium priced product and cheapest product.
Patio cover is to cover the area of patio concrete: 13.5m x 3m and include some sort of fencing around the bottom with a gate to prevent dogs from being on the space. Roof ing would need to be combined colourbond and clear sheeting for sunlight.
As stated all quotes for some or all jobs much appreciated.
