Purchased a battleaxe plot that has no services connected or driveway. Building a project home, plans completed and submitted to council. Driveway is approx 220 sq m. Some of it will need levelling (grassed at present and steps down in a couple of levels). Services will need to be connected prior to construction (at present, the builder is planned to complete this - doesn't need to be so though). not sure whether driveway should be fully constructed before housebuild, or whether a temporary one should be put in place so that construction vehicles do not ruin it. Site is in Gladesville, NSW 2111.
