This is for an investment property in endeavour hills. I havent measured it myself but previous concreter has quoted around $1500 (but due to family emergency isnt available). Need 3 grates put in as the area currently gets flooded in heavy downpour and this rots the door.

Started out working with Nick ok, however he never answers his mobile and very seldom his emails. We then find out that we\'ve been over charged by about $3,500 on our card. He promised to refund it but it\'s been a month and still nothing. Now he won\'t answer our calls or emails at all. Furthermore, the door he put in for our property has streaky paint which he promised to fix up but hasnt, and will not respond about our request for the keys so the door isnt secure.
