Cut off breaking verndah slab, replace it and tile

the slab of the verandah is about 7m wide and 3m deep. at 2m from the house it is breaking off over it's full width. i have pre-cut it to minimize chances that the break extends towards the house. there are drainage pipes and an eletriical pipe under the slab. the part that is breaking off must be cut off completely and possibly used as a foundation layer, but because the house is on a hill and there is earth movement foundation pillars, mesh and a flexible (?) connection to the remaining slab are required. the replaced part needs to be tiled or, the whole veranda must be retiled.
the verandah is at the rear of the house, there is a small driveway to the rear of the garden (the house is 60 steps down from the front road access).
i am open to any good efficient and effective ideas to fix this.
