• inspect and repair if necessary, services underneath the pavement
• construct a new engineered retaining wall
• install appropriate sub-soil drainage behind the new retaining wall
• place stable soil/fill material to reinstate lost substrate material underneath pavement slabs
• pour and finish new concrete slabs on ground incorporating appropriate surface water
