Footpaths to run length of house (approx 27m) on both sides. Width of path approx 95cm. Also along rear of house (approx 12 m). Driveway approx 8m in length, at its widest 5m (narrower closer to road). Will consider coloured conrete driveway or stencilled. Can pay cash if cheaper.
