Entry ramp for driveway for two homes (side by side)

The entry ramp from the curb/road to the start of our driveway needs to be concreted over into a proper and stable entry ramp, it is currently just a mix of footpath and gravel which has worn away into deep 'dips' which is making entry and exit into the driveway proper difficult.
The entrance to our driveway is side by side with our neighbors house and so we are looking to get both driveway entrances done at once (neater finish etc).
