We want to concrete an area measuring approx 35m2, using patterned concrete. this will require excavation and the building of a low retaining wall (c. 40cm? in height x 16.5m). two points of drainage will probably also be necessary. the area is a rear yard, which can be accessed by a gate/removable fence c. 2.5m across. there is an existing path from which we wish to retain the existing pavers (not concreted in).
- as long as quotes come in within our budget, we are ready to hire and would like the job finished by mid december.
