Existing driveway to be widened for another car

I need to have the existing driveway widened so that I can fit another car alongside.
A crossover is optional, subject to council approval.
The existing driveway is concrete with a grass strip down the middle. The concrete is to be removed/replaced to match the new concrete for the widened driveway.
The lawn bordering the driveway has a retaining wall that is to be moved to the new width of the driveway. The height of the wall is a couple of bricks high.
The widened portion of the driveway will be approximately 8 meters in length (where it meets the house).
The property has a low brick fence out front, some of which is to be removed for the widened driveway.
